Farewell from the Senate, Max Baucus. You won’t be missed by me. Now the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, if Democrats hold the majority will be a Rockefeller. That’s just silly.

    Rockefeller has already announced he’s retiring… Which means it’s Wyden.

    Senator Wyden holds the distinction of authoring and championing the Free Choice voucher program, the only provision of the Affordable Care Act to have been repealed.
